He talked me through everything and was very clear about the cost, with no hidden charges or fees. Incredibly reasonable, especially on such short notice, and even when parts were missing he honoured the job and came back to finish it off to a high standard. He even cleared up the debris afterwards, leaving the place clean and tidy as if the work had never been done.
